    • Orders are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    • Expedited Shipping:
      • Delivery within 2-3 business days.
    • Express Shipping:
      • Delivery within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping:

    • We offer international shipping to select countries.
    • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/text with a tracking number.
    • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Carriers:

Delivery Issues:

    • In case of a lost or damaged shipment, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

Please note that Woodie Paddles is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend selecting signature conformation at check out with your shipping preference.
