Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our wooden pickleball paddles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- The paddle must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The paddle must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized paddles are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Paddles showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@woodiepaddles.com to initiate the return process.
- Pack the paddle securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the paddle to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the paddle is returned safely.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned paddle, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your paddle for a different model or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired paddle.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective paddle, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- We will arrange for a replacement paddle to be sent to you at no additional cost.
